Help! I Can’t Find My Return Slip.
No problem! Chill TV packages do not include return slips. Just contact us, and we’ll assist you with your return or exchange.
What’s Your Return Policy?
All returns must be processed within 3 days of receiving your order. If you encounter any issues making a return within this period, please contact us.
To process a return, provide your order number. Refunds will be issued in full to your original form of payment, excluding the original shipping charges.

What’s Your Return Process If I’m Not Happy With the Product?
You can return your product within 3 days of receiving it. Follow these packing instructions:
- Securely pack the items in a box.
- Affix the mailing label to the address side of the parcel, covering any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
- Use the provided address and affix the appropriate postage.
- Ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
